MEGHANA MARATHE

Meghana Marathe, Retired from Forbes Marshall (Department of Social Initiatives in Forbes Marshall Pvt. Ltd. Pune). She has completed her M.A. in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and M.S. in Counselling Psychology from IBMS, Chittoor. She has around 33 years of experience in the field of social work, especially counselling and working with youth, women in health and education. She previously worked with Bharatiya Samaj Seva Kenda; Muktangan De-addiction Center; Karve Institute of Social Service; Bajaj Auto Limited and Prayas. Her area of interest is conducting training sessions on soft skills, HIV Counselling, Counselling the youth and adolescents, Women Development, and Pre-marital and Marital Counselling. One good thing which can find in her that she does not follow any religion.

JEEVAN BORATE

Jeevan Borate, is Assistant Professor in Yashwantrao Chavan School of Social Work, Satara, since 2002. He completed his MSW with specialization in Human Resource Management from Yashwantrao Chavan School of Social Work, Satara and also qualified SET examination. He is also currently Director of the Bhartiya Bhatke Vimukta Vikas Va Sanshodhan Sanstha, Satara. He is having experience in learning and excelling at new concepts which are needed for current situation. He also performed key roles on various bodies IIRDNDT’s Employees Cooperative Society, Unity Metal Works, Bharatiya Bhatke Vimukta Vikas Va Sanshodhan Sanstha, etc. He has also coordinated and conducted various Seminars, workshops, guest lectures and other social activities on various issues. He has made exceptional contributions to improve quality in delivery of services.

SANDHYA KRISHNAN

Sandhya Krishnan, completed her Masters in Social Work (MSW) with specialization in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai with 20+ years of work experience in progressive levels of program implementation and management across local voluntary agencies, government agencies, bi-lateral & multilateral agencies and international voluntary organizations. She was visiting Faculty for the Master in Journalism program of the Makhan Lal Chatturvedi Patrikarita Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal and also was member of the Core Group for the Rajiv Gandhi Mission for Community Health, Government of Madhya Pradesh. She performed key roles in the various organizations like Thinkthrough Consulting, Educate Girl, Save the Children INDIA, SWISSAID INDIA, AAROHAN-Bhopal, etc.

IPSITA DAS

Ipsita Das holds a Master’s degree from Delhi School of Social Work and specializes in urban and rural community development. She has been a fellow of the Visionary Leadership in Reproductive Health supported by the David & Lucile Packard Foundation, a professional exchange program that recognizes emerging leaders. With over 18 years of experience in the social development sector, Ipsita strongly advocates the promotion of rights of adolescents and youth. She has been working with CSRs, NGOs and UN agencies across different states in India.

SACHIN RAUT

Sachin Raut, is a mentor of start-ups and Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs). He has created a platform that enables the largest community of purpose-driven and to create powerful connections, solve problems, and build success together and he also strives to overcome limitations and deliver business resources at scale through mentoring. He is a Life member Trustee and Legal advisor for the Vaidika Samshodhana Mandali founded in memory of Lokmanya Tilak. He also performed different roles as Legal Advisor for FESCOM state apex federation of senior citizens; Legal and Development advisor for MIGRANT MATTER; Mentor for Rebirth organization for 9 Eastern states of India; Legal Advisor for PRA Foundation, and Mentor for Samidha Enterprises-a socio economic venture.

SACHIN RASKAR, (C.A.)

SACHIN RASKAR, is a Chartered Accountant in practice for the last 12 years. He has supported to train more than 5000 people to start their own businesses. He is a founder member of Nirman and also runs a Computer teaching Institute for children’s who lives in slum area. He is associated with various social activities which are being implemented for upliftment of backward and poor people. He writes for various magazines on various current socio-economic issues. He also serving as a visiting faculty at various NGOs/organizations to train the people. Till now, he has done audits for various nationalized and co-operative banks and also private and co-operative sugar factories. He is specialised in legal, financial, subsidy compliances of manufacturing company.
